Business terms

Booking

1. Details of a group booking must be provided at least 3 weeks before the time of the arrival. Booking details must include exact distribution of rooms and the hour/date of arrival.
2. The customer is obliged to pay 80% of the agreed cost of an accommodation no later than 30 days before the arrival date via a bank transfer to an account:

3. Hotel rooms must be cleaned and vacated no later than 11am and ready to be used no later than 2pm unless parties to a contract agreed otherwise
4. The customer is obliged to present the rooming list before the arrival of a booked group

Cancelation terms

1. Individuals – a booking can be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the agreed time of arrival
2. Groups (15 and more guests) – a booking can be cancelled no later than 30 days before the agreed time of arrival

Cancellation fees

1. Individuals – if a notification of cancellation is delivered 23hours and less before the agreed time of arrival, the customer is obliged to pay a fee of the cost of 1 day of accommodation
2. Groups - 
   1. 29-15 days before the agreed time of arrival
      1. Specification of booked capacity reduction by less than 10% - no fee
      2. Specification of booked capacity reduction by more than 10% - fee of 20% of the agreed cost of accommodation
      3. Cancellation - fee of 20% of the agreed cost of accommodation
   2. 14-7 days before the agreed time of arrival
      Fee of 1 day of the booked accommodation
   3. 6-1 days before the agreed time of arrival
      Fee of 70% of the total cost of the booked accommodation
   4. 0 days – the day of arrival
      Fee of 100% of the total cost of the booked accommodation

All changes and exceptions to these terms have to be agreed on by both parties to a contract in a written form.
